Our Technicians

Buckeye’s Customer Service Fanatics are outstanding heating and cooling professionals with a commitment to customer service that is second to none.

All Buckeye technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified, so you can be confident that their knowledge and training meets or exceeds industry standards. 

We also put our technicians through a four-step interview that includes a 160-question technical examination, a thorough background check, personality tests, reference evaluation, a driving test, and drug screening. 

Our technicians are fully qualified when they start at Buckeye, and we make sure that they stay at the top of their field through the most comprehensive training and employee development program in the area. Buckeye technicians spend an average of 2 hours a week – 5% of their time – in training, development, and certification update classes.
